It's available by donation, whatever that means? I'm not even sure as to where you do this 'donating', a quick scan over their respective myspace pages proves fruitless, which leads me to believe that perhaps the release has been delayed or postponed. I can find no information to support this though, all I can really do is advise you to keep an eye/ear open for it. To get you in the mood, I have posted a tune off the EP below.
